1. About Noorento

Noorento (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides premium chauffeur transportation, airport transfers, and Umrah/Hajj ground transport booked through noorento.com and our mobile-friendly web application (the “Platform”). By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details (name, email, phone number, and where applicable nationality) and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Bookings & Pricing

Prices shown at the time of booking are fixed for the selected route and vehicle type and are displayed in your chosen currency for convenience; settlement occurs in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise. Airport-transfer bookings require a valid flight number so we can track your arrival. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking that violates these Terms, appears fraudulent, or cannot be safely fulfilled.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through our licensed payment partners. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Authorization occurs at booking; capture occurs at or after service confirmation. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation terms.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Provide accurate flight and contact information for airport transfers.
• Treat drivers, vehicles, and staff with respect; abusive behavior may result in trip termination without refund.
• Ensure the passenger count and luggage declared match the vehicle capacity booked.

6. Drivers & Vehicles

All drivers on the Platform are vetted and verified before activation, and all vehicles undergo routine inspection. Vehicle models shown during booking represent the tier/category booked; the exact make and model may vary based on availability while matching the same class and capacity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noorento’s liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed flights or connections, except where caused by our proven negligence.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent payment activity, or repeatedly causes no-shows or safety incidents.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
