Frequently Asked Questions
Before You Book
Everything you need to know
How is pricing calculated, and is it really fixed?
Every route has a fixed price per vehicle, shown before you book — it covers the full journey with no meter, no surge pricing, and no hidden fees. The price you're quoted is the price you pay, regardless of traffic or trip duration.
Do you stop at the Miqat for Umrah pilgrims?
Yes — for Jeddah Airport to Makkah transfers, your chauffeur will stop at the designated Miqat (such as Yalamlam or Qarn al-Manazil, depending on your route) so you can enter Ihram before continuing to Makkah. Mention this when booking so it's noted for your driver.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time, so your chauffeur adjusts pickup automatically for delays — no need to call or rebook. There's no extra charge for reasonable delays; just make sure your flight number is entered correctly at booking.
Can I book for a group or a large family?
Yes — choose a van or multiple vehicles at checkout based on your group size and luggage. For groups larger than one vehicle can comfortably seat, contact support and we'll coordinate a multi-vehicle booking with synchronized pickup times.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made well ahead of pickup are fully refundable; later cancellations follow a tiered refund schedule shown at checkout and in your booking confirmation. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for exact timing and percentages.
How far in advance should I book?
You can book as little as a few hours ahead for most routes, but booking 24–48 hours in advance guarantees the widest choice of vehicles, especially during Umrah and Hajj peak season.
