1. Information We Collect
- Account details: full name, email address, phone number, and nationality.
- Booking details: pickup/drop-off locations, dates, passenger count, flight number, and special notes you provide.
- Traveler documents: for each passenger on a booking, full name, nationality, date of birth, and passport number/expiry — required for Umrah visa processing and immigration checkpoints. Passport numbers are encrypted (AES-256) before they are stored; no one, including our own staff, can read them directly from the database.
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment partners; we retain only transaction references, amounts, and status — never full card numbers.
- Usage data: device/browser information and app interactions, used to keep the Platform secure and improve reliability.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and secure your account, including one-time verification codes sent to your email.
- To fulfil bookings: matching you with a driver and vehicle, and coordinating your pickup.
- To prepare Umrah visa paperwork and satisfy Saudi immigration/checkpoint requirements for each traveler.
- To process payments, refunds, and invoices.
- To send booking confirmations, trip updates, and support responses.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
3. Who We Share Data With
We share the minimum data necessary with:
- Your assigned driver (name, phone number, pickup details) so the trip can be completed.
- Saudi immigration and visa authorities, where a traveler's passport details are required to process an Umrah visa.
- Payment processors, to authorize and capture payment.
- Email delivery providers, to send verification codes and booking notifications.
- Law enforcement or regulators, only where legally required.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and booking records, including traveler and passport details, for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting, tax, and immigration/visa-related legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
5. Your Rights
You can access and update your profile information at any time from your dashboard. To request a copy of your data, or to request deletion, contact [email protected].
6. Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt) and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Passport numbers are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before they ever reach the database, and decrypted only when you or an authorized team member retrieves your own booking. Access to booking and payment data is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by role-based permissions.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember your currency and theme preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
9. Contact
